  Deutsche Fassung: Wir haben Akiko kennengelernt, indem wir das Hotel, in welchem wir übernachteten, nach ein Taxi zum Yokohama Cruise Terminal gefragt haben, worauf das Hotel uns Akiko empfohlen und bestellt hat. Akiko hat uns dann auch mit unserem vielem Gepäck sicher bis ans Ziel gebracht. Am Ende unserer Reise haben wir sie dann noch einmal kontaktiert und sie hat uns dann sicher zurrück zum Flughafen gebracht. Akiko selbst war eine sehr nette Fahrerin, die sehr viel über die Kultur ihres Landes und auch ihrer Heimatstadt erzählt hat und sich auch privat mit den Fahrgästen unterhalten. Wenn wir wieder zurrückkommen nach Japan, wollen wir auf jeden Fall Akiko wieder buchen, um vom Flughafen ins Hotel zu gelangen und auch am Ende der Reise zurück zum Flughafen zu fahren. Zudem möchten wir eine tour mit ihr buchen, wo sie uns Tokyo zeigt und uns Tokyo aus Sicht einer Einwohnerin näher bringt.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 English Comments: We met Akiko by asking the hotel, we were staying at, for a taxi to Yokohama Cruise Terminal, after which the hotel recommended Akiko to us and ordered it. Akiko brought us safely to our destination with all of our many luggages. At the end of our trip we ordered her again and she brought us safely back to the airport. Akiko herself was a very nice driver who said a lot about the culture of her country as well as her hometown. She also chatted about her privat life with the passengers. When we come back to Japan we definitely wanted to book Akiko again to come from the airport to the hotel and also back to the airport at the end of the trip. And we hope Akiko has time for us, we would book a tour with her, where she could drive us around Tokyo and give us a closer look at all of Tokyo from the perspective of a local resident. We were met by Akiko as soon as our plane landed.This was our first trip to Japan and our only language is English.  Akiko is amazing, not only is her English perfect she has excellent knowledge of Japanese history and knows all the best restaurants!!! Akiko assisted us on how to catch trains and buses and even delivered us to the bullet train.  We had the best time ever in Tokyo all thanks to Akiko!! Highly recommend!
We enjoyed talking with Akiko and liked her wheelchair accessible car. It's very comfortable and convenient. The customers from Malta Island enjoyed traveling in Japan on his wheelchair. They were amazed by my wheelchair accessible car. They want to come back to Japan again in the future and promised me to see me again and use my wheelchair accessible taxi. I can’t to wait to take care of them next time and I would like to show them around Tokyo, my hometown with my wheelchair accessible cab.

Acupuncture from Mr. Kishida was amazing. Akiko-san was always there for any translation. Tokyo is an amazing city and very large. It is very important to have someone who knows the city like Akiko.
