Contact (Business) Hour:
7:00am to 24:00am.(Japan Time). For customers contacting me from overseas,
please remember that we have time difference. If you email or call me before 7am or after 12 midnight I won’t be able to reply to you soon. Also if you want to stay in a bar or night clubs until after 12 midnight we will not be able to pick you up so you will need to find another taxi to get back to your hotel.

Application :
Please contact us as soon as possible if you decide to use our services at least one month before your arrival.

Cancellation :
Please contact us as soon as possible if you cancel your reservation.  Please note, cancellation on the ONE Day before of your scheduled tour and taxi reservation will be charged 50% of the tour fee or  taxi estimated fee.  Cancellation on the day of your scheduled tour and taxi reservation will be charged 100% of the tour fee or taxi estimated fee.

About Insurance :
Our company is insured in case of an auto accident but this insurance only covers the accident while in Japan. That means if you have an injury we can support you only in Japan. We will no longer be responsible for further treatment once you leave Japan.
If you plan to return to your home country, please contact your insurance company in advance to confirm the details of your coverage.
In addition, services may be canceled if it is determined to be dangerous due to inclement weather such as typhoons.

We have NO responsibility for compensation in case of any natural disaster in Japan.
