How to apply
First please contact me by email. After we communicate with each other we can decide many details of your tour and what to do in Japan.
How many people can ride ?
1 wheel chair passenger and 3 others (Total 4).
If there are more than 4 people in your group and need a bigger car or several cars please ask us.
We can provide additional transportation for your needs.
Can I use it alone? Just by myself?
It is preferred that a family member, travel companion, or caretaker accompany the disabled traveler. However, depending on your condition and abilities, it maybe possible to use our car alone so please ask us.
Can you come immediately on short notice?
Yes, it is possible if your request doesn’t conflict or interfere with previously scheduled plans or reservations. Just ask.
How to pay?
We prefer cash payment but you can use your credit card such as VISA, Master, American Express.
Is there cancellation fee?
Yes. It differs depending on services, so please ask us directly. Cancellation on the day will be 100% of the tour fee.
